Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a fantastic waterpark that's great for kids and a nice arcade for family fun. However, the experience was marred by dirty hallways and an unpleasant check-in process, which put a damper on our stay. Additionally, the price felt high compared to the level of cleanliness and upkeep in various areas of the hotel.
The hotel offers a decent water park that the kids enjoyed, along with friendly staff who tried to accommodate us. However, it fell short with cleanliness and maintenance issues in the rooms and common areas. The location near Lake Superior is a plus, but the outdated facilities left a lot to be desired for the price we paid.
Our stay had its ups and downs. The waterpark was a hit with the kids, providing hours of fun, and the staff at the park were super attentive and friendly. However, our room was quite disappointing—dirty and clearly in need of renovations. It was frustrating to deal with the noise from the air conditioning unit and the general mustiness of the room. Overall, while the waterpark experience was enjoyable, the room situation could use major improvements.
My family and I visited recently, and while we enjoyed the waterpark and the friendly staff, the state of the rooms was disappointing. The overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired, and we felt it was overpriced for what we experienced. The waterpark was a hit with the kids, but I would consider alternatives for accommodations next time.
This hotel has some good features like a well-maintained waterpark and convenient dining options, but the rooms and service leave much to be desired. Our experience was mixed, mainly due to cleanliness issues in the room and some frustrating interactions with staff. While the location was decent, the outdated accommodations and maintenance problems are definitely drawbacks.
